About the Role
Join our legal operations team to provide critical discovery support for personal injury litigation in New York. You will draft legal documents, organize case files, and assist with trial preparation under the supervision of U.S. licensed attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- •Draft discovery demands, responses, and objections per CPLR requirements
- •Organize and index medical records, bills, and case documentation
- •Prepare Bills of Particulars and legal pleadings
- •Conduct legal research on New York personal injury law
- •Assist with trial preparation including exhibit organization
- •Maintain case management databases and tracking systems
- •Communicate with U.S. attorneys during New York business hours
Qualifications
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or paralegal certification
- ✓Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures
- ✓Excellent legal research and writing skills
- ✓Exceptional command of English grammar and composition
- ✓Proficiency in legal research databases (training provided)
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- ✓Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
